Welcome to the SUQQU UK Pro Artist Program – an exclusive membership dedicated to professional make-up artists, beauty insiders and creators. Who Can Join:
The SUQQU Pro Artist Program is open to UK based verified professionals within the beauty industry, including:

  • Certified professional make-up artists
  • Make-up artistry students & newly qualified artists
  • Beauty insiders, media, models & influencers with a focus on make-up artistry

Eligible members must provide proof of credentials, such as a professional certification, work portfolio, agency verification, or school enrolment. Please see below for more information on accepted material and how to get verified. Please note this scheme is only for UK addresses at present.

How to Apply:
Apply now to become a member of the SUQQU Pro Artist Program! Please prepare the following documents for verification:

  1. Personal ID with a photo
  2. Proof of Professional Credentials (e.g., certification, portfolio, agency verification, social media handles with at least 1,000 followers and 2% engagement)

Allow up to 5 business days for review. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email and next time you log in to the store you will see your professional prices. Currently we only ship to UK addresses.

A store account tied to your discount will be automatically created using the details entered below.

FAQs

How long will it take?

We will aim to process your request and assign a discount tier to your account within 5 business days. If it is difficult to verify your request this may take longer, so please allow us up to 14 days to contact you to confirm your status.

What happens next?

Once eligibility is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your discount tier status and see prices reflected when you log in to the store.

I am not UK based; can I still apply?

Currently we only ship to UK addresses. Which means we are unable to process requests from professionals outside the UK at present. It is something we are working on though, so please keep an eye on this page or our social accounts for future information.

Can I apply other discounts to orders?

Some further discounts can be applied, such as free shipping on selected orders. Please see the relevant terms on the promotion for details.

Can I share my account or discount?

No. If we believe an account or discount is being shared we may remove eligibility and close the account. Please see the terms and conditions for further information.

Not sure if I qualify?

We are open to working with all types of beauty industry professionals at all stages of their career, please apply even if you are unsure you meet the criteria, we will review your application and hopefully process your enrolment.

Is there a membership fee?

No, at present we do not charge a fee for membership.

Can I use my discount at SUQQU counters?

Due to our partner retailers, we are unable to offer the discount system to purchases made in-store at our counters.

How long will my discount apply?

It will last 12 months from your original confirmation. You will need to resubmit a request at this time to become eligible again. Please use the form on this page to request renewal of your discount.

What to do if the application was declined?

Upon application our team will contact you to confirm your status. If you would like to submit additional evidence to support your application in future please do so, we will investigate it again. Our dedicated Pro Program team will be able to assist you and answer any queries. Please use the form on this page to contact us.

What will happen to my data? 

Your data will be processed and held in accordance with our privacy policy (click to view). Please see it for further detailed information. If you would like to delete your data and/or remove your account please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
