Refund policy
We will refund the cost of the item(s) ordered only. SUQQU is not responsible for reimbursement of return shipping costs.
Refunds will be paid on receipt of goods and will be reimbursed using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for returns that fail to arrive with us and where no proof of postage/tracking is available.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Before sending items back to us, please first contact us to request a return. Once your return request is approved, we will send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting & approval will not be accepted.
Returns will only be accepted via post and return postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. No returns will be accepted in store. We advise that returns are made via recorded delivery in the unlikely event that these should go missing in the post. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for returns that fail to arrive with us and where no proof of postage/tracking is available.
If your order was qualified for a free gift, returning the goods means that your order will no longer meet the promotion criteria. To allow us to process the refund, the free gift must also be returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, wrongly received, or if you have an allergic reaction, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It may be necessary to provide photographs of the damaged/faulty goods or in more severe cases, we may choose to collect the damaged products from you for quality review investigation. Correspondence will be made with you directly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned unless faulty, such as custom products (special orders or personalised items) and gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the product(s) you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
