RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please see the Refund Policy page for full information.

To start a return, please contact Customer Services at suqquuk@eqpuk.com or use the form below. Please include your order number when contacting us. Our team will endeavour to reply to enquiry within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Once your request is approved, we will send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting & approval will not be accepted.
