Every morning and evening, after washing the face, take 2-3 pushes and smooth outwards from the centre of the face. Gently lift up and press with both hands to complete.

Every morning and evening, after the serum, take an appropriate amount onto a cotton pad or a hand and smooth outwards from the centre of the face.

VIALUME THE CREAM:
Every morning and evening, after the lotion, take an appropriate amount and smooth outwards from the centre of the face. Gently press with both hands to complete.

VIALUME THE SMOOTHING CREAM:
Every morning and evening, after the serum and before the cream, apply an appropriate amount to areas where wrinkles are a concern such as under the eyes, around the mouth, and the forehead.
